How do I search for a flight on frenebi?
Enter where from, where to and when you want to fly in the search box on the home page — the system instantly shows available options by price.
Is the price final or are there extra fees?
The price you see in search includes taxes. Any extra services (e.g. baggage) are clearly shown before payment.
How do I pay for a ticket?
You can pay by card (Visa/Mastercard) on a secure page. After confirmation the ticket is emailed to you instantly.
Can I refund or change a ticket?
It depends on the fare. Many tickets allow refunds/changes — details are shown before booking, and our center helps with changes.
What happens if a flight is cancelled?
If a flight is cancelled the airline offers a refund or an alternative flight. We help you through the process and, if needed, with a compensation claim.
Do children need a separate ticket?
Yes, infants and children have different fares. Specify the number and age of passengers when searching so the price is accurate.
How do I contact support?
Call us at (+995) 551 907 907 or write to info@frenebi.com.ge. Our center works every day.
Is card payment safe?
Yes. Payment is processed over a secure (SSL) connection and card data is not stored with us.
How far in advance should I buy a ticket?
For international flights the best fares are usually 4–8 weeks before departure. In peak season (summer, New Year) it pays to book even earlier — 2–3 months ahead — while last-minute prices almost always rise.
What is the difference between direct and connecting flights?
A direct flight goes to your destination without a stop; a connecting one stops at one or more airports on the way. Connections are often noticeably cheaper — just make sure you have enough transfer time (ideally at least 1.5–2 hours for international connections).
What are the rules for carry-on and checked baggage?
Rules depend on the airline and fare: some tickets include baggage, while low-cost carriers restrict even carry-on size and charge extra. Exact conditions are shown on the booking page — always check before paying.
How do I check in for my flight?
Most airlines open online check-in 24–48 hours before departure — do it on their website or app and download your boarding pass. With low-cost carriers online check-in is often mandatory: checking in at the airport costs extra.
Do I need a printed ticket?
Usually not — the ticket on your phone plus a valid passport is enough. Some airports do ask for a printout at the entrance, so saving the PDF or printing it as a backup never hurts.
I made a mistake in my name — what should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible. Fixing a minor typo (1–2 letters) is often free or costs a small fee, while a full name change depends on the airline’s rules. The earlier you tell us, the easier it is to fix.
Which airports have flights from Georgia?
Three international airports: Tbilisi (TBS) with the most destinations, Kutaisi (KUT) — low-cost flights to Europe, and Batumi (BUS) — mostly seasonal routes. Compare all three when searching — the difference is often significant.
Do I need a visa to travel abroad?
It depends on the destination: Georgian citizens travel visa-free to the Schengen area with a biometric passport (up to 90 days in 180), Turkey admits you even with an ID card, while the UK and USA require a visa in advance. Always check the current rules before departure.
